Peter Pellerito and I met at a men’s Bible study. We were both focused on becoming better leaders for our families and community. One day, we read Colossians 3:23 — “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…” That Scripture shifted how I viewed work and sparked this business.
